All games will be held at Planet Ice Coquitlam, July 24-26, 2010.

Standings will be updated following the final regular season games on July 18th, 2010

Team fees are Due March 31st.

Team fees are broken down in the attachment. Each team owes $2047 + $20/per card if you need more than 20 cards (i.e. If you need 21 cards your team fee is $2067).

Please note that you should mail your cheque no later than March 29th to make sure it gets to Shawn by March 31st.

Please remember you are responsible for paying referees when you are the home team, this money is NOT included in your team fee. You need $80 per game ($40/ref) x 12 games = $960.

The meeting will be on Thursday January 29th 6pm @ BCLA head office. We would like to see every team send at least one rep to attend this meeting. Please RVSP Jeremy Elnicki if you are coming:

Our goal of the meeting is to establish:

1) set up an executive committee, board or “COP” a group to run and be in charge of running our league ie: director, secretary, treasurer, registrar, webmaster, ref-allocator, floor allocator, tournament director, team reps

2) plan our season for 2009 ie: schedules, where and when, playoffs, tournament, do we want to play more than one game per week?

3) talk about rules, any suggestions, changes, suspensions (fighting how long)

4) set goals for the direction of this season and the future of Senior Women’s Box

5) hopefully answer any questions you may have

Keith Gagne is heading up a lower mainland team, based out of New Westminster, at this years Summer Slam Field Lacrosse Tournament, Aug 22nd, 23rd, 24th in Victoria.

The team is full of new players to the sport… this is a development team.

Field lacrosse sticks will be available for those interested to use for practices and for the tournament.

Since Saturday afternoons don’t seem to work with everyones schedule, practices have been moved to Wednesday Nights, 6:30pm - 8:00pm at Mercer Field in New Westminster.

Hi All,

I’m exicted to be sending our first announcement to the league via our brand new site. I want to note that the cost of the site will be included in league fee’s this year, and that each team has the opportunity to have their own page put up for them, so please TAKE ADVANTAGE!!! You can email Kait, the web admin to find out what you need to get your site started, .
League games are setup to start in May, so take a look at the schedule.

I’m also very excited to welcome Victoria to the league! I know all the teams are excited to go on some road trips to the island.

The League fee due date is also coming up. Each team owes $1050.00 + $15 per player for Insurance.

News updates and additions to the site will take place regularly, so keep checking back to see what’s going on.
